Terms of use
Last updated: 25 August 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to the Kohle analytics workspace operated by Louis Grandke. The workspace is a private business tool for reviewing authorized social-media, content, trend, and commerce information.
2. Accounts and authorization
You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for keeping your Kohle login confidential and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
3. Third-party platforms
Connected services, including TikTok, remain governed by their own terms. Kohle uses approved interfaces and permissions to retrieve data authorized by the account owner. Availability may change when a platform changes or withdraws an interface or permission.
4. Permitted use
You must not use Kohle to access another party's data without authorization, circumvent platform controls, violate applicable law, or interfere with the security or availability of the service.
5. Analytics and recommendations
Analytics, trend scores, forecasts, and content recommendations are informational. They can be incomplete or inaccurate and do not guarantee commercial results. A person should review recommendations before acting on them.
6. Availability and liability
The service may be changed, suspended, or interrupted for maintenance or security. Liability is governed by applicable law; mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Ending access
You may stop using the workspace and request account deletion at any time. Connected platform access can also be revoked through the relevant platform. See the privacy policy for deletion and retention information.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent to business.grandke@gmail.com.
This document is a product-ready draft, not legal advice. It should be reviewed for the operator's actual business model and applicable law before platform submission.
