Hosting and security logs

Kohle is hosted on infrastructure provided by Hetzner in Germany. Technical request and security information may be processed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service. Security records are access-controlled and retained only for the configured operational period.

Workspace accounts

We process the name, email address, authorization role, login events, and session information required to provide and secure the private workspace. Passwords are stored only as salted password hashes.

TikTok account data

If an account owner chooses to connect TikTok, Kohle requests only the approved permissions shown during authorization. Depending on those permissions, we may process account identifiers, display names, profile statistics, a list of published videos, and video or audience analytics. We use this information to display cross-account performance, calculate trends, and connect content performance with the owner's business data. Kohle does not sell TikTok data.

Authorization and sharing

TikTok data is retrieved only after the account owner completes TikTok's authorization flow. It is visible only to authorized members of the relevant Kohle organization and service providers needed to host and secure the application. We do not publish content or modify a TikTok account unless a separate permission and explicit user action are introduced in the future.

Retention, revocation, and deletion

Connected analytics are retained only while needed for the workspace and according to its configured retention policy. You can revoke Kohle's TikTok access through TikTok account settings. You may also request disconnection or deletion by emailing business.grandke@gmail.com. After verification, account data and stored provider credentials will be deleted unless a limited retention period is legally required. Backups expire through the normal backup lifecycle.

Contact messages

When you contact us, we process the information you provide to answer the request and retain it only as long as required for that correspondence or legal obligations.

Your rights

Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority.

Changes

We will update this policy when data use, providers, or product permissions change. The current version and date remain available on this page.
